Eyelid Surgery (Belpharoplasty)

    This is a 40 year old woman with hooding of her upper eyelids which causes her to feel and appear older than her age. This was corrected with an upper lid bletheroplasty done under local anaesthesia as an out patient procedure. Six weeks later her eyes are more open, well balanced, she looks refreshed and most importantly to her, not tired. Note also the nicely defined upper eyelid fold.
