This 34 year old man lost over 120 lbs. with diet and exercise leaving him with a significant amount of loose skin on his abdomen.
He had an abdominoplasty procedure to remove the excess skin. In men and women without diastasis (muscle laxity of the abdominal muscles), the abdominal muscles usually do not have to be tightened like they do in women who have been pregnant.
