This 59 year old patient lost 190 lbs following gastric bypass surgery. She had multiple procedures performed at the same surgery to address these problems, including a trunk lipectomy (also known as a belt abdominoplasty or mid-body lift) to address the laxity of the abdomen, hips, lateral thighs and buttock. She also had a breast lift and brachioplasty. Results shown are 4 months post surgery.
