    This male patient presented with stage 4 gynecomastia. His goal was to remove as much breast tissue as possible with a tight look post-operatively. I performed a complete mastectomy for gynecomastia with a free nipple graft. Results are 6 months post-op. Bilateral nipple-areolar complex sensation is intact.
