25-34 year old woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty

A woman in her 20s, 2 weeks post-op revisional rhinoplasty. Patient has a complex history of 3 previous rhinoplasties w/ septoplasty. This resulted in severe asymmetry of her nostrils and loss of nasal tip projection. In order to address these concerns, I performed alar batten grafts and a tip shield graft using ear cartilage and spreader grafts with cartilage suturing technique. Overall goal is to fix her nostril asymmetry and provide enhanced nasal tip projection for a natural looking result.
