Breast Augmentation with High Profile Saline Implants

This is a 31 year old (5'0", 108lbs) woman who presented with small breasts which she wished to enlarge. Her bra size was a 34 A. This was corrected utilizing a 350cc high profile saline prothesis with submuscular augmentation mamoplasty. 6 weeks later shows that she is well healed. Her breasts are now full and to her desired size even though she has a small frame. Her post-op bra size is now a 34 C/D.
