This young woman underwent bilateral, nipple-sparing mastectomies via 2 inch incisions in the inframammary folds. This was followed by placement of acellular dermal grafts and tissue expanders. Four months later the expanders were removed and replaced with saline implants. The patients feels that her reconstructed breasts look better than her natural breasts.
