This woman consulted with Dr. Holden to revise a rhinoplasty she had when she was younger. The previous surgeon removed much of the structure in her nose to try and make it smaller. The result was a collapsed, shapeless nose. Dr. Holden performed her rhinoplasty and rebuilt her nose from the inside. He refined the shape, giving her the smaller, shapely nose she wanted from the beginning. The tip of her nose was turned up and slenderized.
