This woman consulted with Dr. Holden for a large nose with a droopy tip that pulled down when she smiled. She avoided smiling because of this. Dr. Holden performed her rhinoplasty, decreasing the overall size of her nose to a size more suited for her petite face. He rebuilt her nose from the inside, giving support to the tip to turn it up and keep it up when she smiled.
