    40 year old female shown before and nearly 4 months after a breast lift with implants. The patient is height 5’5” and weight 150 pounds. Started at B cup and is now a D cup bra. The patient received a round high profile 450 cc silicone implant beneath the muscle. The lift consisted of a lollipop incision. Preoperative asymmetries are much less and the patient has obtained the goals of a fuller and higher more youthful breast. She used a supportive surgical bra. All procedures done by Frank j.
