    54 yr. old female fracture tooth #7. Tooth was extracted, grafted, allowed to heal for 4 months, implant placed and 2 months later crown was delivered. Photo is of her 4 yr. post op visit. All procedures were done by Dr. Medhat R. Ghannam, DDS, FICOI.
