    44 year old female with local deposits of fat in flanks and thighs, with asymmetry, which were resistant to diet and excercise. Tumnescent liposuction done with removal of 3225cc of fat. Weight loss of 6 lbs. Pre op size - 10. Post op size - 6. Post operative photos taken 11 months after surgery.
