    This 61-year old woman was a 34 DDD breast she also presented with her right breast larger than left. After completion of a vertical superior pedicle mammaplasty technique. surgery she was a 34 C which required removal of 630 grams per side. This is a 6 month result and so the vertical scar will eventually become invisible.
