    Lawline improvement and reduction in under chin volume were desired. A central neck lift was done, including liposuction and the placement of an extended anatomic implant through a small incision below the chin. The result is a significant improvement in, not only the neck contours, but also the pre-jowel sulcus and joweling. Lip filler was also performed.
