    22 year woman, 4 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement with cartilage trimming and cartilage grafts, caudal septal trim to shorten the length of the nose. Overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result.
