    16 year girl, 2 weeks post-op rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement with cartilage trimming and cartilage grafts, columellar strut cartilage graft to add nasal tip support. Overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result.
