67 year old woman treated with Facelift

    This is a 67 year-old female who is 5’5” tall. She was bothered by her typical signs of facial aging involving her neck, jowling, and loss of fullness and descent of her cheeks. In addition, she was bothered by excess skin to her upper eyelids and fullness of her lower lids. Over the past year she had also lost approximately 45 lbs which worsened matters. Therefore, she underwent facelift with elevation and tightening of her SMAS and platysma as well as fat injections to her face. Her eyes were also treated with upper and lower blepharoplasties.
