    This is a 70 year-old female who is 5’4” tall. She presented with complaints of generalized facial aging with specific complaints involving her jawline with jowling and her neck which was her primary concern. Therefore, she underwent a facelift with tightening of her facial muscles and neck muscles (SMAS and platysma).
