    These photos are an early result, only one month following a challenging revision septorhinoplasty surgery, with turbinate reduction. Primary rhinoplasty was performed by another surgeon over a year ago, and our gracious patient had dissatisfaction with his nasal appearance. You can see a straighter nasal appearance with tip rotation and nasal shortening that has led to an improved, and less distracting nasal appearance.
