This 56 year old female presented to my office unhappy with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. She complained of sagging and a 'deflation' in the size of her bilateral breasts after multiple pregnancies. She wished for a bilateral breast lift with breast implants procedure to boost her breasts back up to how they had been pre-pregnancies and to afford her some more breast volume. She elected to have silicone gel implants placed in the sub-pectoral breast pocket for a more natural look and feel. She is now six months post-op.
