    47 year old, 5’6” and 130 lbs, underwent bilateral breast augmentation via inframammary incision. She had placement of 450 cc moderate plus silicone implant on the right side and 400 cc moderate plus silicone implant on the left side. Her bra size changed from 32A to 32D.
