45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

Patient previously underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate implant reconstruction elsewhere. Patient underwent 2 previous revisions with the last one being an exchange to shaped implants. Patient still was not satisfied with the shape and was diagnosed with a rotated shaped implant. She underwent bilateral implant exchange with smooth round Inspira implants with capsulotomy and capsulorrhaphy and bilateral breast fat grafting.
