    This patient was bothered by elements of her nose that were more reflective of her father’s side of the family. Detailed, precise rhinoplasty surgery was necessary to gently smooth the top of the nose and provide exquisite tip definition. This result exemplifies a sophisticated change, however, with no telltale signs of ever having had rhinoplasty.
