    Laser are not the mainstay of melasma treatment, but they can shift stubborn pigmentation. My regime is always sunscreen, HQ at 5-7%, then add Picosure Focus (I have replaced by low fluence 1064 with this treatment. ) In my current study I find Picosure clears melasma 3 times faster than with ordinary nanosecond 1064 Q switch lasers.
