Patient presented with loss of his front tooth following extraction. He was initially told there is not enough bone and recommended to get a bridge. But he knew that would involve preparation of the adjacent teeth and did not want to do that. He had loss of bony width as well as some height. I initially performed a bone graft to increase the width and height. After 6 months, a dental implant was placed in precise position. After three months, it was temporized to help form the gum tissue. Finally a full ceramic abutment and crown was placed by the prosthodontist.
