This patient had been born without his lateral incisor, and his canine had been moved forward with orthodontics in his youth. The dental implant was placed in the area of the missing tooth and a porcelain crown was placed on the implant. Porcelain Veneers were then used to return his teeth to a more youthful and natural appearance. This also permitted us to give him the appearance of having a natural lateral incisor.
