23 year old woman with bra size 32A and breast asymmetry (her left breast was larger than the right before surgery) underwent breast augmentation using two different sizes of smooth round moderate profile silicone implants to correct the difference (left-265cc; right-286cc). The implants were placed via inframammary incisions (scars hidden under the breast fold), beneath the pectoralis muscle for better implant coverage and a more natural appearance.
