Breast Augmentation

This young woman wanted a very modest breast augmentation that would give her thin frame a more feminine look. I performed a breast augmentation with smooth, round cohesive gel silicone implants, placed under the muscle through an incision hidden in her breast crease, which gave a very nice modest enhancement with very little downtime, as seen in these photos taken 2 weeks after her procedure.
