This patient had one prior rhinoplasty that left her with a pollybeak deformity and bulbosity of her left nasal tip. Her tip was also overprojected and slightly over-rotated given her hieght. I performed a revision open rhinoplasty to deproject and derotate her tip and refine her profile. I also used a cartilage graft to flatten her L tip cartilage to match her right side. The patient is shown before and 2 years after surgery
