This patient was interested in improving the bagginess of her lower eyelids and reduce her prominent nasolabial folds. She also wanted to address the roundedness of her tip and size of her nose. I performed a fat grafting procedure to her lower eyelids and cheek to improve the concavities there. This helped efface her exposed lower eyelid fat pads giving a much more youthful appearance. I placed Radiesse filler in her nasolabial folds (more on her left) smoothing out the deep creases there. I also performed an open rhinoplasty to reduce the overall size of the nose (deprojected) and also used lateral crural strut grafts to flatten out the roundedness of the tip cartilages. There is still some postoperative tip swelling at this stage which will continue to improve over the next several months.
