    This woman in her late teens complained about the lack of definition of her nasal tip as well as a large, crooked nasal profile. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with correction of her dorsal hump and refinement of her nasal tip. The surgery corrected the appearance of her nose and gave her a natural, smaller nose that better fits her face.
