    AXILLARY APPROACH: A 36 year old lady who underwent bilateral augmentation mammoplasty. Sub-muscular, Smooth Rounded High Profile Silicone implants were employed for augmentation (550 CC implant size). She went from size “A” to a small “D” cup size.
