This woman in her mid thirties was unhappy with her figure after giving birth to her daughter. She underwent a breast augmentation with 325 cc moderate profile plus silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. During the same surgery she had an abdominoplasty with repair of the umbilical hernia and liposuction of her abdomen and flanks. The surgery successfully enhanced her breasts from a 34B to 34C and flattened her abdominal wall, giving her back her sculpted, youthful figure.
