    This woman in her early sixties underwent a breast augmentation with areolar repositioning with 275 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through the areolar incisions. The silicone gel implants together with the breast lift effectively corrected the sagging of her breasts and increased her breast size from 34B to 34C.
