Revision Rhinoplasty with ear cartilage grafting

    This patient had undergone 2 prior rhinoplasty surgeries several years ago. To correct her pinched, asymmetric nose I used an open rhinoplasty technique utilizing ear cartilage to reconstruct the nasal tip. Shown 1 year after surgery one can appreciate the improved symmetry and natural tip contours.
