    This man in his early thirties was concerned about the size of his ears as well as how far they projected from his head. He underwent an otoplasty that successfully restored a gentle anti-helical curve and shape to his ear while symmetrically positioning them closer to his head. The lobule of his ears was also reduced to create a better looking ear.
