This patient wanted an evaluation of her entire face. Several procedures were discussed to improve her facial skin laxity. A face lift with a form of a neck lift and custom muscle and neck band tightening, and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) were performed. To improve her upper lip wrinkles, a dermabration around her mouth was also performed at the same time. Photos were taken 2.5 months after surgery.
