This 64 year-old weight loss patient has excess skin and some residual fat on her upper arms. She had an armlift procedure combining skin resection and liposuction to improve the contour of the arms. Her pictures are shown 12 months after her brachioplasty and 3 months after resecting additional loose skin at the elbow showing the difference between a completely faded scar in the upper arm and a fresh scar that is redder near the elbow.
