This young man suffered with gynecomastia since puberty and was very self-conscious wearing light clothing. He avoided swimming and other physical activities. The entire chest, breast, and underarm area was reduced and contoured using BodyTite liposuction. The only incision is hidden in the armpit area so there is no scarring on the front of the chest.
