17 year old man with underbite treated with Clear Braces

This 17 year old male patient initially presented with upper crowding, lower spacing, 4mm negative overjet, anterior crossbite, with Class III molar and canine occlusion. The medical history was positive for significant TMJ pain. Non-extraction, non-surgical treatment was completed in 28 months using full upper and lower clear braces and excellent compliance with elastic wear. The patient noted significant relief of TMJ pain at the end of treatment.
