    This 40-year-old woman lost a significant amount of weight and presented with relaxed, empty breasts. She was wearing a 38D, but wanted to be a full, perky D. She underwent a breast augmentation with 445 cc low-profile saline implants and a fairly aggressive breast lift. She also had excess skin removed from her lateral chest and underwent an abdominoplasty She is shown before and 3 years after her procedure. She is 5'5" and 185 lbs.
