    This 11 year old female patient presented with moderate crowding, asymmetrical Class II molar occlusion, impacted upper right 2nd premolar and upper left canine. Space was opened for the impacted canine and premolar with Temporary Anchorage Devices. Treatment was completed in 28 months with no extractions or surgery needed.
