This patient tried to hide his small chin and loss of his upper neck by growing a goatee. After Dr Hendricks explained several options for treatment, correction with a chin implant and smartlipo of the neck to remove the fat in his upper neck and tighten the skin which resulted in a significant improvement appearance of his neck and jawline. He kept the goatee for the short term at least, in order to cover the treated areas while they were healing.
