    A woman in her late 30’s with breast asymmetry. She has a pectus exavatum treated at a young age with surgery to her rib cage and has drooping of the left breast . and a right breast which is much smaller. She is 5’3’ and116 lbs She is shown before and again, 7 weeks after surgery. She had a left periareolar mastopexy with Gortex Round Block suture. She had round smooth saline implants 275 cc moderate plus on her left and 390 cc moderate profile on her right placed in a partial subpectoral postion.
