18-24 year old woman treated with Rhinoplasty

This patient presents with nasal obstruction, deviated nasal septum, enlarged turbinates with a severe dorsal hump deformity and a broad nasal tip. She desires both functional and cosmetic correction. The patient surgery consisted of a septoplasty and turbinate excision to improve her breathing. Additionally, the severe dorsal hump deformity was decreased in size to it's normal anatomical shape and the nasal tip was refined with a combination of cartilage grafting and meticulous suturing technique.
