    This young ma wished for a stronger profile and chin without it being overly noticeable to his friends and colleagues. After full consultation and examination we decided to place a medium sized silicone extended anatomic chin implant. We also performed tightening of the muscles and skin of his jawline to produce a natural subtle improvement, which was consistent with his pre-op desires.
