    This attractive woman had been aging quite well other than disproportional aging of her neck and jawline. After thorough consultation and evaluation we decided together to perform a modified lower facelift and necklift (a.k.a. a "minilift"). The muscles (platysma and SMAS) of her neck and jawline were pulled tight via conservative incisions around the contour of her ear.
