This 36 year old patient is seen two years after body contouring and had concerns regarding large, droopy breasts and excess skin to her stomach. She underwent a complete "Mommy Makeover" and is seen after a Spair breast reduction and an abdominoplasty. After a reduction of 440 grams from the right breast and 494 grams from the left, she went from a DD to her desired D cup. The scars are already fading very well and are totally within the bikini line. Total scar fading usually occurs in 1-2 years.
