    This is a very attractive female who originally presented to me complaining of her nose. She felt it was too large and she did not like the small hump. After consultation I pointed out the strained chin muscles and relatively small mandible causing her nose to look bigger than it actually was. Here she presents 1 year after rhinoplasty and chin augmentation
