This is a 46-year-old, 5’6” tall & 135 pounds. She has two children and has ptosis (sag) and involution (loss of volume) in her breasts. She requested rejuvenation and she is seen here 3 months after an augmentation vertical mastopexy (lollipop breast left with implant). She has 371 ml moderate profile silicone implants (she also had a tummy tuck at the same time to complete her mommy makeover)
